Stop by your local fabric store (or raid your sewing supplies), and find some red fabric with different textures and patterns. Make heart shapes by cutting them out. Then stuff them with newspaper (or cotton batting) to give them fullness. You can make several hearts and sew them together to form a larger heart which you can then add to a round piece of wire.
